- 1st Level Support: your complete Hotline is run by APLIGO and all calls will be received by our
support staff being trained by you
- 2nd Level Support: your distributors and/or resellers call the Hotline run by APLIGO and the
calls will be received by our support staff being trained by you
- 3rd Level Support: your Support Engineers either directly call or divert your customer to our
Hotline after having indicated a HW problem
