Repair and refurbishingservices are available from minor repairs to the complete exchange of units. All repaired units can additionally be refurbished so that they look like new ones afterwards.
APLIGO can provide your channel/customers with three repair and a refurbishing option for your products. Those are:

Standard 12 Months Repair Warranty -- Our factory trained technicians will repair your product using only factory parts. The warranty for this option is 12 months and covers only the original problem and solution. The warranty begins the day the unit is shipped to you/your customer.

Extended 24 Month Product Warranty -- Our factory trained technicians will repair your product using only factory parts. The warranty for this option is 24 months and covers any problem with the product. This ‘warranty extension’ will provide you with the same coverage as your original warranty. You will receive a certificate indicating the terms of the extension and dates of coverage. Certain limitations apply.

Premium 36 Month Product Warranty -- Our factory trained technicians will repair your product using only factory parts. The warranty for this option is 36 months and covers any problem with the product. This ‘premium warranty’ will provide you with the same coverage as your original warranty. You will receive a certificate indicating the terms of the extension and dates of coverage. Certain limitations apply
