APLIGO currently offers the following open positions:
(Key) Account Management/-Development
Description:
- Responsible for development and management of new customers/Key Accounts and existing client relationships,
- Achieving defined key targets (MBOs) and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain good rapport with the key decision makers in our base of target customers to increase market penetration
- Keep track of customer´s changing needs to identify opportunities, analyze and present customized proposals/solutions
- Handle all documentation pertaining to a customer relationship e.g. proposals, presentations, contracts etc.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to the payment collection/outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies
- Prepare sales proposals and offers as well as monitoring of deliveries and payments
- Contribute inputs to developing effective sales systems, processes, new opportunities and sales strategies for the organization
- Gather and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Groom and motivate the back office team to ensure that they support set accounts well and scale up to handle higher responsibilities
